LATEST STOCK 15TH MAY 2018 : 3cm thick planed Wildwood PIPPY YEW boards

42 boards of Kiln Dry YEW, 2.7 to 3cm thick, planed & thickness calibrated, from 80 to 300cm long, 20 to 49cm wide, mostly Double Waney edge and ‘wildwood’ in appearance, rich dark colours with flashes of purple and a heavy Pipp, some almost verging on Burr. Common to the heavy pipp is a heavy spattering of splits too – they are in the tree before we even mill them so some of the boards contain a lot of splits – see the detailed pics. These ones have been graded down in price accordingly.
