nice day for unloading of the kiln

25.08.16.  New rough sawn boards stock unloaded out of the kiln today and in to the sawn boards dry store room; all 40mm thickness, 2.1 and 3m lengths of lime, fabulously figured burry horse chestnut, D shaped wide olive ash and wild burry elm,  some really wide boards up to 700mm and loads of consecutive cuts and bookmatch possibilities.  I will be offering most of these for sale planed over the next month or so but some boards are ideal for selling rough sawn such as the lovely clean straight grain flat boards of Elm,  around 200 to 350mm wide by 2.1m long.  IMG_1447IMG_1417 IMG_1429 IMG_1436 IMG_1444 IMG_1457 IMG_1467 IMG_1469 IMG_1478 IMG_1488 IMG_1508 IMG_1509 IMG_1519 IMG_1520 IMG_1521 IMG_1522 IMG_1523 IMG_1524
